This is what we do

Your operation.
Minus the grunt work.

We’re an AI automation house for companies drowning in manual workloads. We find the work that eats your team’s time and hand it to a machine that never gets bored, never falls behind, and never invents an answer.

Your people keep the judgment calls.
The AI takes everything else.

How to start with AI

Most companies get AI wrong before they even start.

They picture a giant transformation: months of strategy, a big budget, a perfect moment that never comes. So they wait, debate, and build expectations no technology can meet, while the tool itself sits there, ready and surprisingly simple. We exist to close that gap.

Pick one process, automate it in weeks, let the results speak.

That first working piece teaches a company more about AI than a year of workshops, and it pays for the lesson itself. From there, one process at a time, the operation compounds.

Before we build

We read operations the way engineers read blueprints.

Every process has an anatomy: steps that exist because a regulation demands them, steps that exist because a system from 2009 demands them, and steps that exist out of pure habit. We take them apart before we touch anything and look at; what arrives, where from, and in which state. This is where the results actually lie.

Which work is genuinely hard and which is merely heavy.

The readings come from years spent inside operations, support queues, reporting cycles, reservation desks, and compliance deadlines. So we map the real flow, with its workarounds, exceptions, and quiet dependencies, and then decide what deserves a machine. Some steps get automated. Some get deleted. Some stay human, because judgment is the product.

Adoption, solved

Portal nobody logs into automates nothing.

We do the inconvenient engineering to keep people’s habits intact. We wire the automation into ordinary mailboxes and simple forms. That’s where the work already happens, and that’s where people will stay.

This is what removes the classic risk of automation projects: the rollout that stalls because employees, partners, stores or clients ignore the new tool.

There’s nothing to ignore. Everyone keeps writing regular emails. The machinery behind those emails change completely, and the only thing they notice is that responses are faster and nothing gets lost.

Value that compounds

The project ends. The asset keeps working.

Every system we build collects something as it runs: structured history, organized expertise, and patterns in demand. We design so that this material stays useful and keeps growing after launch. A base of expert knowledge feeds websites, documents, training, and support chats from one place. Changes made are updated automatically on each of this forums. Booking history teaches the system to predict busy weeks and price the quiet ones.

Records of past cases make every next case faster to resolve.

So the payoff arrives twice. First when the manual work disappears. Then every month after, as the asset gets deeper, sharper, and harder for anyone else to copy.

The future is now.
It’s just messy.

Less drama than you expect

How we work

  • We start with one process, chosen for measurable pain: heavy volume, clear rules, obvious cost.
  • We map how it really runs, build the automation inside the tools your team already uses, and put it into production fast, so results show up in weeks.
  • You judge the outcome on your own numbers, then decide what we take on next.
In production today

This already runs

  • Our systems operate today inside live businesses. They remove volumes that teams can not handle manually, keep distributed networks compliant, forecast demand from years of history, and answer expert questions around the clock.
  • They run through seasonal peaks, audits, and staff turnover in the background. Past a lab, past a pilot, in production, where downtime has a cost and errors have consequences.
  • When we take on your process, that’s the finish line: a system your team stops thinking about, because it simply works.
Breinz Team

Who we (actually) are

Dominik
Co-founder
Dominik

Three decades running marketing, products, and acquisitions for organizations with thousands of people and millions of customers.

He started on the inside. He knows what a broken process costs because he owned the budgets that paid for it. More than once he built things before the market had a name for them, and then taught rooms full of executives how they worked. That’s his job at breinz: seeing what’s worth automating, what should stay human, and getting you there without the leap of faith. You don’t get a product thrown over the fence. You get someone who’s sat in your chair, walking you through every step.

Aleksandra

For two decades she takes knowledge out of experts’ heads and turns it into something accurate that other people can use.

Farmers, brewers, engineers, manufacturers, a US tech startup: industries she had no background in until she learned each one from the inside, in two languages, one of which she taught herself. She’s the reason a breinz system never makes things up: she’s the person who checks. At breinz she owns your knowledge and your process. She reviews how the work really flows, shapes what the automation should say and do, and makes sure your team still uses it long after go-live.

Since 2009 always inside the systems businesses actually run on, not the ones that look good in demos.

When automation arrived, he didn’t sell it first. He pointed it at his own company: the invoicing, the follow-ups, the reporting nobody wanted to touch. It worked, so he kept going. At breinz he builds the machinery. End to end, inside the tools your team already uses, answering only from knowledge you control. Nothing new to learn. Nothing to babysit. It just runs.
